Leadership coaching grounded in healthcare experience
Leadership coaching grounded in healthcare experience
More than two decades in healthcare shaped the way I think about leadership.
As a clinician, manager, and senior healthcare leader, I came to see that the most difficult leadership challenges were rarely solved by another framework, communication technique, or strategic plan. They required leaders to make difficult calls, stay steady when pressure was high, and keep sight of the people and priorities that mattered most.
Those same experiences shaped the coach I am today.

Why This Work Matters to Me
The values that shape my coaching began long before I became a healthcare leader or a coach.
One of my earliest and most influential teachers was my older sister, who was diagnosed with a disability at a young age. Through her, I learned enduring lessons about inclusion, belonging, resilience, and the importance of creating opportunities for every person to reach their fullest potential. Those lessons became a guiding thread that continues to shape both my life and my work.
Throughout my healthcare career, I worked alongside leaders carrying enormous responsibility. They were thoughtful, deeply committed people who wanted to do right by their teams, their organizations, and the people they served. What struck me wasn't a lack of capability. It was how rarely they had the opportunity to pause, think clearly, and reconnect with what mattered most before moving on to the next challenge.
Together, those experiences led me to coaching.
I believe that when healthcare leaders flourish, the impact extends far beyond the individual. It shapes teams, influences culture, strengthens organizations, and ultimately improves the care people receive. That's why this work matters so much to me.

A Discovery Call is simply a conversation. It's an opportunity to explore where you are, what you're navigating, and whether coaching feels like the right next step.
And if now isn't the right time, that's okay too. I hope you'll continue exploring the resources and reflections I've created for healthcare leaders.
